Singy, I'd love to be proven wrong but when I looked at the table and see St Johns at the top of the league, and us 4th off bottom, I think 3-0 can be justified. On top of that, there is no Webby and I'm not available either!!!
Let me know if there is a rule against voting against your own club and I'll change my prediction. |

Webby, I see your thick as well as ugly. If you would have spent time to read Singy's post, he state:
thought you must have been away this weekend, have fun in the big apple
Now, I know he's not exactly come out with it, but I thought even you would know the Big Apple is another name for New York!!!!!! |

Im well versed with NY, however i dont read singhy's posts as most of them are pretty dire points just so he can stay ahead of browny.
As for ugly, have you looked in the mirror..........
i've never claimed to be a looker, but when i was born they slapped me, not my mother!
enjoy the US of A, try not to be too gobby, actually you'll fit right in! |

| I managed to see the 2nd half of what was a good performance by karts, only a lack of fitness that also led to some slack defending cost karts at least a point. karts played well and gave it there all but with 15mins left some of the marking was none existent which led to 2 sloppy goals, going forward karts looked good and there were a couple of good passing moves that deserved a goal (maybe they actually did miss Jacko) over all points lost but if we continue to play in this vain we should move up the league, well done lads unlucky. |

Thought Allderidge was excellent in goal, despite his claims of a dodgy foot and forgetting to bring a cap after last week!! slap wrists!!
Good competative game, very energetic performance until kartiers tired towards the closing stages of the game, as before mentioned.
Didnt realise York had such a good Drama setup there until some of the oppositions theatrics in the game |

It was always just a temporary measure. Abusing the right to have anonymous posting, will result in requiring a log in to post, play fair and anonymous posting will be fine.
Enjoy! |

not a match report just a brief summary.
Kartiers proved to be very hard to break down in the first half and limited st johns to only test the brilliant luke aldridge from 25 yds+. luke dealt very well with anything coming his way and even had time on a few shots to do a couple of camera saves which alan hansen commented on later on that evening on match of the day. However karts did have the best chances of the half when neil taylor just failed to connect on a suberb cross from si brown. The two other noticeable misses fell to jon maher (scouse) who from 12 yds with the keeper to beat found the outstreched leg of the keeper and the rebound fell to matty ward who screwed his shot wide with the goal seemingly gaping.
The second half was just as fiercly contested with plenty of heart and passion from both teams.
On the hour mark mathew duce who made an excellent debut was replaced by the evergreen richard singh, and neil taylor replaced by youngster adam tessyman.
Young tessy had only been on the pitch 5 mins when he took a cruel knock on the ankle and was forced to hobble of, this caused a reshuffle and matty ward went up front with gareth (has an eating disorder) rhodes coming on in midfield.
St johns forced a corner on 75 mins and the karts defence didn't clear it much to the delight of the st johns forward who pounced on the indesicion and slammed it home.1-0.
Karts then tried taking the game to the students again looking for that much deserved equaliser and went close again on a couple more occasions.
However the students had the last word when a cross field pass over the defence was latched onto by their pacey forward who slotted it past the advancing aldridge.
Great effort by everyone just wasn't to be. well done. |
