I like the way everyone seems to be slagging me off on the forum saying how embarassing i was having a go & that i need to grow up. But if i remember correctly after the game no one said a word to me so they clearly havent got the balls 2 say it ot my face, instead they just post pathetic comments over a argument which had absolutely nothing to do with Kendo & even he himself has said that we didnt have a argument. If you all must know it was me & woody arguing & Kendo was simply shouting to get on with the game.

If you can't have a disagreement with a team mate during the game, what the fcuk has football come 2!?!

The purpose of a captain is to talk to fellow team mate in a controlled manner, gain thier respect and they will run through walls for you. you are there to help the manager and get the best out of your fellow team mates, you can shout and ball as much or as little as you want, but don't expect everyone to agree with you.
don't ever ask anyone to do something that you wouldn't.
Before you Andy Ricco was a quite captain, but lead be example, attacked and won most balls, as you do No 16. just calm the negitive comments on the pitch and chill.
You are a young player with emense quality. don't let the captain job come in between you and your fantastic game.
We all play football, because we enjoy it, no one goes out to miss place a pass or miss a simple chance, thats ust life. if we could all make the pass or score the goal every time, we wouldn't be playing for Kartiers of any other local team .
Stay focused, let people have thier say, take some comments on board and move on.
Stay postive. this season will be a good one. where you pick up the big one.
